About Me
After formal training in the 1980s and 90s (please see "About Me" page for details) and subsequent learning, both structured and unstructured, I'm offering Person-Centred (originally known as Client-Centred) Therapy to individuals and groups.
My approach is primarily informed by the work of Carl R. Rogers (1902-1987).
I've experienced PC (Person-Centred) Therapy as the most valuable healing/learning process of all those that I've engaged with, and I trust that you too can find it to be so, experiencing a wider exploration of, and closer acquaintance with yourself as a result of your sessions with me.
